Step #2 - Select Your Service Pro
Once your claim has been submitted you'll be able to choose form one of our authorized service professionals to come out to either service or replace it.
Step #3 - Sit Back & Relax!
Once the item is either fixed or replaced to your satisfaction, you'll pay a small service fee on qualifying components.
Drive the car or have it towed to a licensed mechanic or dealership of your choice. Then contact claims at 844-548-2816.
Step #2 - Select Your Repair Shop
Visit Repair Pal to find a repair facility near you that is vetted for quality & customer satisfaction. Book an appointment & we'll take care of the rest!
Step #3 - Drive Home In A Rental
While your car is being worked on, we'll keep you on the road with a rental. Once the repair is done, you're all set. It's that easy!
